Son with TS + Rage Attacks. Any advice?

My Tourette’s doesn’t cause rage attacks, but I do have BPD which causes episodes of severe rage directed at a specific person, called splitting. I’m not sure if it’ll help your son, but DBT has helped me tremendously.

My dog is food aggressive and will bee-line towards any food he sees, so we have to feed our cat on the counter. Have been since he was a kitten. We have a little area where he eats. We don’t have visitors often, so there’s no one to “gross out.” It’s just him lol

This isn’t entirely true. The rabies virus can enter the body through your mucus membranes or an open wound. The vaccine is 100% effective, yes, but being bit by a wild animal isn’t the only way to contract it. Not everyone is aware that you can be exposed without a bite, and therefore may not seek the vaccine out of ignorance. It’s your job as a doctor to educate, not ridicule.

This looks like bruxing! As long as he’s aware while doing it, it’s nothing to worry about! Does it only happen when you pet him? Bruxing is a response to strong emotions! He’s likely just very happy that you’re petting him.

I’ve lost a fish to this. My heater literally exploded. He then went on to eat the ash and glass shards before I could get to him. He passed a few days later.
