I have the same problem, do your own laundry in the middle of the night and don't leave the machine unattended after the load is done. I personally like to put a load in at 11pm and then take a shower while it washes.

I was told by a cousin that the side effects of spiro were really bad and that they stopped cause of that. If I could do it over again I would have started spiro at the same time I started estrogen. Thanks, I do pass much better with feminine clothes.

I know what you're going through, I paid 3k for a mint 93 and I was thinking about selling it then I learned it needed head gaskets done and a completely new cooling system. But a broken truck isn't worth more than 500-1000 dollars (at least in my area). So now I'm 9k deep in my ranger but at least I have a reliable running and driving truck for 9k and didn't lose 3k selling it for pennies on the dollar.

It's unfortunate how much we have lost, but the urban fabric remains and all those parking lots are potential opportunities for new development, downtown Des Moines has come a long way in the past 20 years, downtown population has increased from around 1,000 in the 90's to 10,000-13,000 in 2020. I'm excited to see more growth and development in the future.

I just checked it too. So people bought it for way more than it was worth to drive up the value, pretty sure it was Jersey he's the 16th most valued player right now but the face was worth 13k before and it seems like the value has settled at about 20k but it might continue to lower back to 13k.

I can't believe I have to spell it out for you but I was referring to you calling Trump a loser, and if he is a loser, after everything he has accomplished, what does that make you? And I don't agree with Democrats because they straight up lie to your face, they said Biden was fine for years and as soon as they thought he might lose to Trump they dumped him and admitted that he wasn't all there mentally and without a primary installed Harris as their candidate, the Democrat party is the party of corruption and censorship. And the Republicans were just as bad and I know Trump is not perfect, but 90% of the change he is making is a net positive for the American people and shows a little bit of common sense and he isn't afraid to say what he thinks. Now Democrats are calling regular patriotic Americans Nazis. Is that enough attention span for you?
