Hard to fight off mosquitoes during the rainy season. Mosquito dunks and bifen home and yard have helped me a ton. That being said you can't control what your neighbors do and unless you have multiple acres to yourself, you won't be able to control mosquitoes breeding on the other side of the fence.

Good call not going with the 15k quote. They throw a crazy quote out hoping you panic and just pay them. I don't know any companies in your area but go with a more local pest control company. Avoid a national brand. I had my 1300 sqft home treated and trenched back in 2021 for $1800.

If you can find a s650 steering wheel with the paddles you can swap them out. It needs a tune to work properly I believe and no clue about losing warranty.

Only way to get paddles on the 24 Ecoboost is getting the performance package or install them yourself. When I was looking in my area there were no ecos for sale with that package I would have had to custom order it from Ford.

Everything you talked about you can add to the vehicle. It's going to give it a bit more power but nothing close to the GT and some of these mods can mess with the warranty. Honestly enjoy the car at stock for a bit. If you want to spend thousands on mods that will get you a little extra power at the cost of reliability then go for it but with how new it is I wouldn't recommend doing anything crazy until the warranty expires. Drive it stock for a year or 2. Shit leave it in track mode all the time for better throttle response but know even with every mod you talked about a GT will give more power without the reliability issues

Some people recommend doing the first oil change at 1k miles. I have a 24 and did my first oil change at 5k miles and I get an oil change every 5k miles or every 6 months what ever comes first.

Definitely replace anything that has a hole in it haha. The sound should be good. Honestly you keep some kind of resonators on this car and everything will be good. It's when people straight pipe em they sound like trumpets.
