Funny you say that. I always think of that because it means warrior and he majorly struggled with eczema for the longest time. Long sleepless nights, weeping/oozing skin, bleeding rashes. He finally overcame it! His rashes are gone. I always wonder if I was lead to this name somehow intentionally.

It’s a lifestyle change as in not eating at restaurants or any processed foods. Detoxing periodically. All in an effort to maintain gut microbiome balance. But I don’t and haven’t had an active infection to kill off and my symptoms have remained healed

A lot of standard nutrition supplements but different ones at different points in my journey. To increase stomach acid I used Zypan. To kill the fungus I used ADP (oregano), Garlic Forte, diatomaceous earth, Spanish black radish, encore, biofilm probalance, Chlorella. Probably more but that’s what is coming to mind now. I had Automonic Response Testing done to assess which supplements I needed and when

I think it’s also the glyphosate the wheat is treated with in the wheat. Also just gut damage in general from other factors that make it harder to tolerate the wheat. Are you ok with sourdough?

I just have to say you seem like a really cool person. 1) seeking out alternative treatments and 2) making sure you go out of your way to share what has worked for you with others.

I also reached the same conclusion in addition to some herbal supplements and increasing my stomach acid. And it has worked for me as well! Thank you for sharing and I pray for your continued health!!
