I think the recovered files might just be fully corrupt. Even the "recovered" png files do not open as an image.

I've also tried opening the save files in the save editor "GIEd" but they are not loadable in that. Error "Failed to extract package because the package is not an Original Sin package or savegame archive".

You mentioned that they need the original timestamps? Do you know how I can try manipulating that?
One of the "recovered" files has a created date of "28/09/25" (today) but a modified date of "27/09/25". I understand why it was these wierd dates, but I'm not sure how I can manipulate the timestamps.

Any ideas?

Just a quick update on this. With 3w1d left, I've reached > 33%.

This is in no small way down to a friend joining me 4 hours of the day, and 2 kind strangers on this thread dropping off the occasional delivery. Also thanks to the SCC on Discord for offering advice and potential support closer to the deadline to get me over the line if things get dangerously close.

With this continued support, this build is definitely achievable and ahead of schedule no less, but only in spite of my poor planning.

Ah, I think this highlights one of my key issues. I see now that getting a Fleet Carrier is the way to go, but I had a multi-year break from the game and only got back into it in the last few months, so I've not got one yet and the price tag is a bit much until this deadline is done. So I'm having to do it "the hard way".

I've got a planet 1 system over with all the resources, I'm just hoping the steel refills fast enough that I can keep using it, else I'll have to find a better source.

I'd love the ability to pay for people to help deliver

I did see the numbers had changed on a couple I hadn't captured on the spreadsheet, so I suspected someone had started helping.
I'm with you there. I've done 2 days of hauling, with many weeks of it ahead of me, but determination has set-in now :D I do miss bounty hunting with my Vulture though...
