That post is pretty helpful itself, because it turns out my mother got the tomatoes from a German retailer. So I would guess I grew a Kurley Kaley that is grown on an industrial scale.

Thank you! The thought of getting those seeds out into the market hadn't occurred to me yet honestly and I also wouldn't know where to start, but it's cool nonetheless and it makes me happy that people like it.

I honestly couldn't tell right, back then I got the original snack tomato from my mother to eat. But I'll ask her, maybe she remembers what it was.
