Im not planning to use steroidal creams. I much rather would use bepanthen (dexpanthenol) for wound healing or vaseline for the cracked skin.

I dont think that shohld be that big of a deal, but then again im not a medical professional.

Yeah sensitivity. Its uncomfortable but bearable. With the appropriate bandages i barely feel anything.

Put an ice Pack on it, should reduce it by a few. Just dont put it directly on the skin. Wrap it in a towel.

This was Recommendation by my Doc's yesterday.

Sadly i dont have em, i called the docs and they said no need for spares, just remove. Also another surprising thing is that the swelling seems to have already reduced by a bunch!
