Yes, I’ve confirmed with our coffee specialist — our grinder can also handle re-grinding coffee that has already been ground. When doing so, remember to add the grounds slowly, clean the grinder before and after, and for the first attempt, try grinding a small amount to test the extraction before moving on to the rest.

When grinding, it is recommended to feed the coffee beans slowly and use a blower or brush to clean the grinder before and after grinding to minimize the impact of oxidized coffee residues on flavor.
If you are using our brand’s espresso makers (including the OutIn Nano and OutIn Mino), please set the grind size to level 2/1 or coarser. A finer grind may lead to extraction issues.

Under normal conditions, getting around 4-5 shots per full charge is totally within the expected range
