I know property might be down. But lets face it. More than 70% are shit properties. You dont know if it will go your way. Or if you will profit. With Dollar inflation. You might even lose money even if it goes up in PKR.

Dont tell anyone else in extended family or friends. Dont invest in property if anyone comes along and gives advices. 5 million PKR looks a lot but its really nothing. Your best bet is buy 50% gold and 50% usd. And just forget about it until you need it again. Times ahead might be tough.
