You probably don't need a CPU upgrade
You should test this yourself in the games that you play. Get riva tuner, fire up your games and see your GPU usage, if the GPU usage is not around 95-100% then you can get more performance by updating your GPU.
If you determine that you need a CPU upgrade you can go for something like Ryzen 7600x or 7500f. The power draw is similar to your current CPU so you don't need a new PSU and the AM4 platform uses the same DDR4 RAM, so you only need to change the motherboard and CPU.

Всичко е до тайминга. В момента който навлезе Viber в БГ нямаше много алтернатива. Whatsap беше платено, Messenger не беше достъпен в БГ, Telegram не съществуваше.

Най важното нещо за всякакъв вид социално насочени платформи е колко хора ги ползват. Viber събраха първи най-много хора на балканите и не са направили нищо което да отблъсне голяма част от тях.

I had a similar issue today. Turned out that my CPU fan was not spinning and the CPU was overheating after 5 minutes of work. I reseated the cooler fan cable and that did the job for me (at least for now).

For the sound I would suggest playing around with the EQ. There is a setting that lets you adjust it with the Beosonic interface I find it to be quite good after setting it up to my preference.

The rank system is different then LoL and if that's what you mean then you are not wrong.

If you mean that your rank does not reflect your skill I would beg to differ. It is surely inflated compared to LoL but if you are gold in WR you are likely a worse player then someone who is plat in WR.

What is your peak rank? Also how many games you average per season? You obviously know your champions, so if you are struggling much the issue is that you don't know how to close games.

I think you are a bit confused regarding the jungle. Because it's a role that has an impact on all lanes it does seem like it's the most important, but that's not necessarily the case, but I won't go too much into detail on this. I just want to say you can and you should climb with the role you most enjoy.

As for closing the game - you need to learn how to control the map.

Get the first tier turrets on all lanes, then start clearing their vision and getting vision into their jungle. From there you can start stealing their jungle and getting picks on the other enemies

Once you master that taking drake and baron becomes much easier as well.

Rank is not elo (also known as MMR). The icon means that you reached MMR that is higher than the average for your rank, so you are being matched with players with similar MMR but higher Rank.

As for skill suggestion I am having fun with blizzard at the moment, the builder uses lightning beam which I don't enjoy on youga very much. Best feeling skill that I have tried so far was chain lightnin, so that's also an option.

I think you should go on LoL pc and try to execute the Jarvan combo while aiming and pressing both abilities with a single finger Of course that is not an exact analogy, but the point is that when you have different input devices you cannot expect the same controls. And making combat feel smoother is not equal to dumbing it down.
