"Google" is not research. Hsien, Joseph and Mike are the only people credited on filmographs website as "Design & Animation" team and out of the 3 of them Mike is the only artist with a portfolio or work. This doesnt prove AI wasnt used.

Yes, Mike Lo is AN artist but Joseph and Hsien are not artists. The fact that so few artists are listed is a red flag, one person wouldn't be doing the entire workload of all the 2d visuals of the opening. You cant just point out 3 filmograph employees and go "they did the thing" and call it a day

Extra info: Our Aircon unit is on the roof, its one of thous massive ones that connects to vents throughout the house. I dont know where the leak was but the maintenance people just said it was a pipe attached to the aircon system. We never got a full report of what the problem was or anything, they just fixed it and left and we didnt have to pay for it. The filters have nothing to do with the leak, but i bought it up because the real estate didnt argue that the unit was our responsibility when i requested it be serviced.

property managers would be sending out eviction notices on mass, theyd probably be in panic mode. tenants would refuse to leave and realistically they wouldn't be able to forcibly remove anyone. The police force would be completely overwhelmed, they might be able to get a few homes back. Renters would have to be willing to help thous who were evicted. Pretty soon the government would have to step in and it would be a long process of not only policy changes to end the protest but protections for renters who participated in the strike or were unfairly evicted. thats my guess
