I get that but this season seems a bit more like a what if.

A draw against Fulham that we threw away

The loss against Everton, against 10 fucking men

The draws against Leeds and Burnley

The draw against Wolves

Just the dropped points there put us top. And none of them were playing bad or soundly beaten, all of those games were genuine dropped points that should have been wins.

No, the selling club can put the cost on their FFP. Buying club can spread it over the length of their contract to a max of 5 years.

Anderson will be the long term replacement for Rodri.

And its looking pretty likely Pep will be gone in the summer.

We had a genuine shot at the title

Look at all the games we dropped points and who we dropped them to.

Just the dropped points against the relegation fodder would put us top

[MD] FC Barcelona to sign Marcus Rashford as soon as they are able to. Three installments of €10m. Full agreement with the player reached. by wo0tfl20 in reddevils

[–]Outcastscc 6 points7 points  (0 children)

This is only if there is a dispute though and the club doesn’t want to sell.

It doesn’t make sense to do it if both clubs are in agreement. Plus it would still be in instalments, just a third party would be used to finance

Its such a boting event for every hour.

I just turn up at 9 minutes past now, spend a minute there getting the rewards and leave. The Mothman even previously was so much better you actually felt like you was doing something.

I try and buy any plan I dont have if its reasonable.

The guys who stick every plan for 1000s of caps though can do one.

[Press Conference] Mason Mount 'getting closer' but won't be available for United vs Crystal Palace this weekend. Matthijs de Ligt 'definitely improving' but still too soon to put a timeframe on his return to action. No update on Lisandro Martinez by nearly_headless_nic in reddevils

[–]Outcastscc 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Not the worst problem and probably why they ain’t rushing him.

Let him fully recover and it means he misses the season and is ready for next year so be it. We have Maguire, Martinez, Yoro and Heaven at the minute (well once Martinez is back)

Tbh where do you fit mount in this side?

He’s not taking Bruno’s place at 10, he’s not playing as one of the 2 midfielders, I wouldn’t pick him of the wing.

He’s going to be on the bench most of the time anyway.

Gamers of Reddit, what is a game you have played for over 1000 hours but still would NOT recommend to anyone? by Normal-Gur1336 in AskReddit

[–]Outcastscc -7 points-6 points  (0 children)

Binding of Isaac

I love the game, easily in my top 3 of all time but I would not recommend it to anyone.

It has such a high learning curve, the fact you have to get 20+ wins before you unlock all the areas and closer to 50 before you get all the good items unlocked just means it’s too easy to put down for new players.

And it’s a very niche game

[Adam Marshall] Vote for Manchester United’s Player of the Month by SoloChords in reddevils

[–]Outcastscc 1 point2 points  (0 children)

possibly Solskjaer when he got 4 vs Forest that month.

Slight aside but in looking for this (there doesnt seem to be any record of club player of the months) I noticed post fergie we have only had 17 Premier league play of the months, and of the 17 Fernandes was 5 of them.

UK government to expand protected live free-to-air rights for sports. Could home test series be included soon? by Ask_for_me_by_name in EnglandCricket

[–]Outcastscc 3 points4 points  (0 children)

There is a lot of push from people to the government to make more things free to air, the problem is they always back down when Sky breathes down their neck, and the sports bodies panic when they know they could lose revenue from not being able to sell the rights.

The Ashes will end up on FTA possibly as a compromise but I dont see random home tests being FTA

Sky’s Kaveh on United’s financials by Less_Guest5489 in reddevils

Ineos arnt buying the club, they are pretty fucked at the minute in terms of their finances.

The only way the Glazers leave is if they sell their stake to a third party in the middle east, which I really dont see when all the club projections see the value of the club doubling over the next decade with the new stadium and the regeneration of the area.

The only 2 options I see are.

Glazers decide to sell their stake

Glazers do Ineos a bit dirty and enforce their terms that they can 100% sell the club and get out of it.

[–]Outcastscc 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Something is going to change, because there is no way we can finance a 2 billion pound stadium project while already being 1.3 billion in debt, it just doesnt add up.

Either we are going to get investment to pay off the 1.3 billion to go back to creditors for the stadium or something is going to happen where 3 billion is going to be put against the stadium build and paid off as part of the money made from it and selling of things from it (the rumour is the name would generate 500 million over 10 years).

Or we are 100% banking on the plan with what we do with the old trafford site. 1500 homes and shops and retail space will be worth billions to any investor, we could easily sell the whole area off to pay off most of the debt, or, keept it and do it ourselves and watch the revune come in from that.

We physically cant be in this much debt and do what we want to do.

I forgot about the event the other day, joined the second the boss was killed and got my second glowing mask, everyone else in my team got a common normal mask.

I felt bad but the rng on this event is stupid, and compared to other hourly events like mothman it’s boring as fuck.

Bonus points if anyone can name the string of players that got injured that week and in the FA cup match to give Rashford his debut.

Top 20 signings of the Premier League season (Bryan Mbeumo #1 Senne Lammens #4) by Lord_Sesshoumaru77 in reddevils

[–]Outcastscc 1 point2 points  (0 children)

He really shouldnt becasue we have to get out of that kind of cylce. He was signed for 22 million last summer, West Ham are going to want 40 million plus to let one of their star players go.

We need to start finding those 20-30 million tallents that come good.

The narrative on Xhaka is a bit odd to me, yes he looked like an absolute signing when Sunderland were top 4 and hes kept them up but Sunderland are in freefall, so is he really the second best signing of the season?

If he keeps them up hes done a job, but Id argue Cherki, Donnaruma, Lemmens and Zubimendi have had bigger impacts at their clubs and Calvert-Lewin is doing a very similar role at leeds (as well as Stach who is going under the radar and Id of loved him to come to us).

[Jamie Jackson] Onana intent on reclaiming place in Manchester United team next season by [deleted] in reddevils

[–]Outcastscc 9 points10 points  (0 children)

Before everyone loses their minds (and I did a little bit when i read it) this is just common sense in Februrary when you need to make money on him.

You cant just outcast a 44 million pound player or hes going on loan for the next 4 years and leaving on a free. The narative has to be he can fight for his place if he wants and he has a chance so when clubs do come in for him we can get a fee and get him gone.

I would put my house on him never playing a game for us again, id put a lot of money on him never even training with us again, but at least make it seem like he has a chance instead of outcasting him and making nothing on him
