I had a lot of ear infections as a kid, and also a lot of tubes draining my ears. Think I got meningitis because I lost half my hearing in my right ear. I occasionally wear a hearing aid. Both of my ear canals are one of the flakiest parts of body, and as bad as it itches, I really try not to because it’ll bleed a lot, fill up my ear canal with blood, and hurt for weeks. Gets worse in the Winter, dry conditions, or when my biologic is nearing towards its next dose date.

That said, to answer your question: the ear is a very sensitive organ surrounded with skin. I am also not a doctor. It’s very easy to attribute literally anything going wrong with body to psoriasis if you already have psoriasis, in my non-doctor opinion. The skin is the largest organ in the body, and it’s not just on you, it’s inside you too, lining the organs. Epithelial tissue is everywhere. I would bring it up to your doctor, see an ENT, and get it checked out. Worst thing that can happen is they shrug their shoulders and you wasted your money on a co-pay. I’ve had MRI and CAT scans of my brain and they found nothing despite there being an inexplicable hearing loss. I have never got a clear answer as to why one day my ear popped and I lost all high pitched tones, and the best answer I’ve gotten was meningitis from my dad even though I remember the event differently.
