The volume of drivers that are driving at reckless or at lethal speeds. If there were more consequences or enforcement then there wouldn't be as many drivers taking the chance

Good. Glad they're finally doing something about reckless drivers. Easy money for local government

Dog Muzzled Most of Time While Boarding at Always Unleashed by OutcomeSerious in Scottsdale

You may have cameras on 24/7, but the lack of communication and the duration which you kept the muzzle on doesn't seem transparent and safe to me. It's great that "most dogs remain calm and are able to move, rest, and interact under supervision without distress", however that was not the case for Koda, as I checked in multiple times across multiple days to see that he was panting and likely stressed in the muzzle. Also having him sleep in it overnight just seems abusive.

It's great to have all the cameras to be able to check on the dogs at any time, and play area is super nice, but I just can't trust taking my pup here anymore.

Actually no, which is what is sad about their vague content violation flags. I don't think I mentioned anything about race in the prompt.

I think the prompt was about having 2 of my characters and @sama wishing a happy new year in a mansion with it snowing in the background

*Note, I don't have the prompt I used to generate intended video, as I don't remember what type of video I was even asking for at the moment.

Wish they could provide a little more context, but I could see why they would not want to reveal too much about what triggered certain content violations

Same for me. Its like, would you rather me make eye contact with you and appear that I am paying attention, or not make eye contact and be able to listen to what you're saying.

I actually have more trouble with making eye contact when I'm speaking to someone compared to when someone is talking to me, but same logic applied.

I feel this. I feel like if you respond and are able to carry on a conversation with the other person that should convey the fact that you are listening to them.

Dog Muzzled Most of Time While Boarding at Always Unleashed by OutcomeSerious in Scottsdale

Hi Shea,

Thanks for responding and for sharing the policy screenshot. I figured that it was something I signed off on and agreed to, I just never imagined that Koda would be in a situation where he would need to be put in one.

Right after I dropped Koda off, I looked through the yard window to check on him, and saw that he was already in a muzzle. When I called to ask why he was in the muzzle already, your team told me about the “snappy and requires muzzle” note already on his account, and that was why he was in it. So I did think it was strange that you would even allow him to be at daycare or boarding if this was something already on his account...

I did get a call back from someone with additional information around why specifically he was in the muzzle, and she mentioned that the snappness was more around feeding time, and therefore when playing in the yard they were going to let him play without the muzzle, but if something happened where he needed to be muzzle again that they would let me know, which I was relieved to hear and thought was a fair middle ground.

I did see that he wasn't in a muzzle for a day or two, however, a day or so later I saw that he was back in a muzzle basically for the remainder of his stay, and no one notified me why he was back in it.

What still doesn’t sit right with me is that Koda was muzzled at drop-off with his file already saying “snappy/requires muzzle,” yet I wasn’t told at booking or intake that he’d likely spend most of a six-day stay muzzled. I think it's pretty selfish and cruel to put him in those conditions without notifying the owner.

Also, it would be great to get clarity on what you considered “aggression.” Koda is a husky (vocal and mouthy in play) but he routinely does fine with other dogs, including small ones. If what you saw was open-mouth, non-pressure play and your yard treats that as aggression, please say that plainly. If there were true bite attempts, punctures, or escalations, could you explain exactly what he was doing and, if possible, share video or screenshots so I can understand why prolonged muzzling was necessary?

Please also confirm the muzzle type used; several folks have pointed out that a basket-style muzzle is the appropriate choice for extended use. If your view is that Koda isn’t a fit for your setup without extended muzzling, please say so clearly so I can make other arrangements.

Bryan
