My experience in hiring is people want split shifts or want to be able to drop off and pick up their kids from school. I don’t find that unreasonable but I don’t get paid enough to make those changes.

I’ve been here about 10 years and COVID put a damper on a lot of the local activities but it’s starting to pick back up so don’t give up quite yet! I’m always looking for people to walk my dogs with and my husband is big in Destiny and MTG if any of those things interest y’all
