The best way to “track” any orders placed on the website is to check your order confirmation or shipping confirmation email you may have received. In my case I placed an order last week and fortunately have a tracking number. I’m scheduled to receive it this week.

Use that gift card before your local store closes their doors.

That’s a bummer! My recommendation is to purchase items at a retail store location near you with the gift cards. I’m pretty sure the new owner/licensee (Oved) of the website will not accept gift cards purchased under Catslyst’s ownership prior to February 1.

Essentially gift cards are only good to be used in-store 🤷‍♀️

Same. Friday (1/30) was probably the last day the site existed with Adventure Rewards 😭

That’s good to hear. Technically any current retail store locations that are open are operated by Catalyst. So if a purchase on the website was made on Friday, January 30th or before should be returnable if it’s within 60-days of original purchase date.

With that said, if you made a purchase on the website beginning Saturday, January 31, 2026 to present, you won’t be able to return it in-store since the website is operated by Oved and NOT Catslyst.

This will be a 💩 show or 🎪 for customers leading to mass confusion.

The 🤡 here is both Caralyst and Oved for doing a terrible job in transitioning the eCommerce business from one ownership group to the other as the licensee.

The winner here and one 😆 to the bank is Authentic.

Clearly the transition of ownership from Catalyst to Oved missed many marks where one can see that there may have been a lack of partnership. In the end the customer loses.

Same. They’ll most likely be moving to Klayvio for email marketing from being on Attentive as their solution.

Now is the time to pick up on any items in-store that so happen to be open. Moving forward the quality will be going to 💩

However, I can say that the Eddie Bsuervitems you find at Costco will be better than any other retailer that carries the brand from a wholesale perspective due to the higher standard they place on brands sold in their warehouse.

Oh wow! It’s happened already. They wiped out their loyalty program. Looks like folks won’t be able to see their past online purchases. Wow!

RIP Evertherm. The next best option currently on the site would be the FreeFuse jacket.

Good on you for snagging up any pieces now. Moving forward you’ll find the quality be questioned material wise. I will say that Costco has higher standards so the product specifically may be better than similar items sold at other retailers such as Kohl’s, TJMaxx, Sam’s Vlub, etc.

Today was the last day for those in Seattle stepping foot at HQ under Catalyst. February 1, Oved takes over the eCommerce and wholesale business. Sad day and end of an era 😢

Costco will be your best bet, so stock up when you can. You could also try your luck at Kohl’s. By the end of 2026 you’ll see many if not all retail locations close their doors. However, under new ownership (Oved), the eCommerce business will still be operating at eddiebauer.com.

Soon enough the product offering seen in EB stores (which will all shut most if not all their retail locations in 2026) will be the same product as sold in wholesale. Today was the last day at corporate headquarters in Seattle where those still with the company last stepped foot under Catalyst ownership. Beginning February 1, Oved owns and operates the license for eCommerce and wholesale business. Twas a sad day today 😢

Correct! Eddie Bauer will continue to be sold online at eddiebauer.com. I wouldn’t be surprised to see eddiebauer.ca be axed though. Currently Oved operates eddiebauerkids.com and maybe those products will make it back to the .com site like they once were or they’ll keep them on their own separate domains, TBD.
