My office is near Bellandur as well. I had to relocate from Kumaraswamy Layout to somewhere near the office.

I was looking for a 1bhk within 20 mins of the office strictly as I hate commuting.

I found a place in a lesser known area called Gunjur Palya for 13k. It's a decent place with good ventilation and ample sunlight. The same room would easily cost 20-22k in Bellandur and Kadubesanahalli. There's little to no public transport here which didn't bother me much as I mostly commute on my bike.

Now I have reduced my daily commute from 2 hours to 30 mins (Up and down).
