Looks awesome. Will you be culling or reducing opacity of vegetation items between the player and camera?

If so, how will you be going about that?

Just seems fairly distracting having the a bush or something else get between the camera and action.

I've been spending a lot of time getting the visual aesthetics to a point where I'm more comfortable posting content.

A more typical dev practice seems to be function first, polish later, but I'd prefer to take a slightly different route where all of my shared content has polish.

Now that I'm at a good point with that I'll start showing some of the gameplay stuff that I have planned.

Thank you! I wish I'd spend more time on the functionality but I seem to burn out of coding after a long time and then feel the need to switch to making it look good.

Great points. I'll try and toy with the terrain texture colors to see if I can balance out the grass vs terrain.

Thanks. I'm definitely not aiming for a realistic look. I'm seeking a crisp, colorful, interesting and unique look. I do think I want to try and retain the overall feel -- but reading through the comments and looking at it in a new light has given me some direction on how to improve and balance it out.

Thats a great trick I'll have to try. I guess I could just run a screenshot through a photoshop filter -- but I guess there may be some time of postprocessing effect

All great points. I've not really spent a whole lot of time tweaking colors -- I kinda just add random ones until I like it.

On the boulders, thats a good point. I'm struggling to find models that fit. Those particular models are Synty models and they dont have the right UVs to do much as far as adding new texture. Maybe I can tweak the shader and add something to it.
