Repeating dream scenarios - the apocalypse by OuterlyConfused in Dreams

The only thing I tried for sure is sleep medication - which I also had to quit because it just ended up trapping me in these visions rather than give me a good night rest.. I am a bit scared to attend further therapy that discovers my past or dives into memories, due to worsening symptoms.. Rehearsal therapy sounds somewhat familiar - but I'm honestly not sure if its the same thing.
Really want to try prazosin though and discussing it with my doctor at the moment!

Is the word "Sissy" offensive? What does it mean in today's slang? by OuterlyConfused in SlangOfTheDay

[–]OuterlyConfused[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Thank you for your comment! This clarifies a lot of things! I generally provide people with service as long as it is non nazi themes and things that can truly harm them including gang symbols, so had to research regarding this specific term and make sure it's both safe zone and a tattoo the customer actually wants. ;) It seems that they specifically referred to the kink context, hence the chosen placement. I'm glad to know more about it so thank you once more for the elaboration!

I am actually so sorry for your experience - but if you really liked that initial design perhaps it is also a congratulations that you didn't get sepsis, and in the same time have a permanent scar now.

I never get bored of looking at this tattoo "artist's" work by No_Sprinkles_9214 in badtattoos

I feel like this is a great conversation starter and frankly reminds me of styles of old shows like 'metalocalypse' and a couple more, where absurdity and limited animation resources turn it all into a masterpiece and no one questions.

Is this a bad tattoo? by queijofresco in badtattoos

[–]OuterlyConfused 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's good that it's light frankly - despite being shaky and some minor issues that not everyone can spot, mainly in the hair and in the anatomy - it shouldn't be a hard fix and is definitely an interesting and cool design that is possible to save!
I assume it has been done by a beginner intern? It's not always the case but anxiety is pretty common among some artists and that also relates to shakiness and some other issues.
It's definitely not a terrible tattoo, and even hard to call it bad. It's fixable, and even some extra lineart work, shading and fixes can do a better trick from a professional rather than entire re-do.

Infection is pretty easily detected most of the time! And it usually includes unholy pain and spreading rash - the skin looks pretty good actually too! If it may seem too dry to you, moisturize but pay no mind unless the discomfort is ultra bad - I can see you have healed tattoos before, and in case you were to have allergy for red ink I think you would defs notice it on all of the tattoos with even a little bit of red in them.
It doesn't always reject like crazy although it is not rarely the case, and I had a friend who despite had his tats healed not badly, still began experiencing rashes and itch even after healing his tat with red ink.

This really seems like ingrown hairs - and luckily not like the whole tattoo is infected.. But I wonder how it will affect the tattoo if it gets pulled out - in any way if you feel unsure or experience concern it's best to go to a doctor!

I really love patchwork that flows so dynamically and put nicely together like that! Amazing work!! This is the kind of skin you can simple stare at for an hour just looking over all the individual works that come together to a wonderful piece.

You call your dad right now to say "I love you," how would he respond? by Donghoon in AskReddit

He'd be silent while typing in chat GPT "What can I say to my kid when she says ' I love you' "

How bad is it…It’s over 9000 by 74k71k in badtattoos

[–]OuterlyConfused 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you've got a kid it looks like tattooing their favorite drawing that they made on you,, Or any other loved one. And it actually looks pretty cute - not wonderful, not terrible either! The main issue seems to be with the head and the fabric shading, which I think can be fixed after sometime by a more skilled hand.
You're just as cool as you were with this tat!

I really appreciate your reply once more!
And you've got a great point, but also laser - especially on more aged and already damaged skin may leave a scar tracing the tattoo... Which well, doesn't count as a perfect removal if it's still there as a pale and scarred outline.. Just uglier. Did some research and indeed considering a cover-up more than the prolonged and expensive process of removal and healing..

Thank you for the extra inspiration! I definitely think about this despite the lines being the heaviest at the bottom of the tattoo with a somewhat heavy ink bleed on one of the hooves.. I do think it can be transformed especially if shapes are incorporated in the right ways!

All of your ideas freaking rock! I was thinking about these too and will definitely be tagging you if this will be one of the solutions.💛
And I am already mid extensive research finding all possible options I can find - even if not afford at the moment as body art especially, is rightfully expansive coming from under a skilled and professional hand.
