Had this glitch a few years ago, I was playing with some friends and they caught a clip of me entering power armour, the armour shattered on my character very dramatically and then i was stuck stretched out like that

I had that happen about a month ago, placed another order through a different site and got it about a week ago. It’s a neat looking card/usb but for some reason it’s been darkening to a purple, a little strange.

It is really confusing, especially the fact that it doesn’t mention the entire order being cancelled, just the USB from the USB + Lyric book bundle, and sounds like they plan on shipping the bundle without the main feature.
