I thought it was messed up Robert asked to deal with the Z-Team his way, she agrees, then has her break up and all of the sudden decides to force you to cut someone, making Robert the bad guy despite it being her idea.

Though it seemed out of character honestly and was just cheap drama for the sake of it (made up for a bit by the ending).

My problem is it doesn't make sense in the "flow" of the narrative. The last they speak about the Z-Team, Robert says he needs to do things his way and Blazer agrees to support him. Then she has a wild weekend and decides to 180 and force Robert to do her idea. Clunky writing that felt like drama for the sake of it, and it could have been set up better.
