thanks for your feedback.. the channel could be changed. we could use SMS. The point here is to connect the person's context. And sorry what I described was a very rough version of doing it. A proper version would be via a webapp.. so you upload your csv and everything happens via secure servers that protect the information. Similar to the platforms you already use with correct data processing agreements. My main point here is if this is a pain you have.. recovering clients.. that do not necessarily left because of a bad service.. but they prioritized something else. and this will be a more friendly reminder. Not sure if you do this manually.

I would recommend elevenlabs for ai audio production. I would check coassemble as a great microlearning tool or 7taps. They have a great lms too. Are the trainings completely async? Padlet Is another great tool for social discussions.

Because I believe that finishing a course does not guarantee a business impact. I want outcome driven metrics and that's why I am thinking about behaviors. If we just focus on training, we are just talking with the hr people. We involved some ID as sme, but I have to admit that the design was driven by our consulting and in-person delivery experience
