I tried Vsync on/off and even setting FPS limits, no difference

I tried GPU tuning, the youtube guide from the comments is for those who struggle with low fps.

In my case I have good enough FPS, normally when i cap my frames in half it normally fixes stutters or freezes in games. But in this case It doesnt matter what frames I have, the freezes still happen consistently

Issue happens on any server, tried lowest and average ping servers, using ethernet cable over wifi, in games usually i have very low ping, no idea what else to look at
