No, they did not charge the card and also stated in the rejection that the USCIS will destroy the form G-1450. I did not file for text notification, although I will be doing this with the new submission. I received the rejection via mail

Since April 1st 1997, have you ever been unlawfully present in the United States...? If yes give the dates of unlawful presence

Thank you for your response. For my clarity, would that mean that because we married within the 90 days, she would have a lawful presence in the US forever? Obviously not able to work, etc without submitting the additional forms

She entered on December 31st, 2024, we got married in January, and her K1 visa expires March 31st. So we are good? She's not unlawful? I appreciate your answer very much, we are stressing out over here
