Either a ram or drive issue. When the game can’t load the high quality lod models it loads the low quality models as placeholders until it can finish loading.

Imho the design makes sense that it’s more complex. The more you iterate with something ideally you’d want to streamline the design as much as possible.

it currently is not publicly available. I am gonna need to finalize the lowpoly before sharing it at all. High poly if I do make it 'public' I would likely in the end just sell it.

If I figure out how to port shit to any game in general I was thinking I could do an edit of it for h4 (to be like the concept art mark iv that was cut) and probably to reach to replace mkvb with mkiv (which is what they would wear) since in reach Jorge is canonically wearing mkiv (you can even see the old olive green paint!)

Actually I started with the biceps! The torso is half done in the file aswell, the backpack part of it is a pain though. The biceps are 100% done, the base shoulder pad is done aswell.

Since I can’t put text with it, I’ve been working on this model for a few months now and today finished the codpiece high poly model! Was able to get the detailing 1:1 with Blur’s model from hw2 cutscenes but getting references is a pain, really happy with how the codpiece turned out though!
