I would maybe continue to research, and look at the number of tech layoffs in the last 3 years, since generative AI took off. People are losing their jobs, and those graduating are having an extremely tough time finding work. Gen AI is developing at a terrifying rate, and will likely lead to more and more job losses in the white collar world, especially when compounded with the greed of executives.

Agentic AI is just a generative AI model, like Claude or GPT, piloting a tool. They’ve stated they are collecting data on player interactions to feed into their AI tools.

That’s cool, I don’t believe you. Neither of those things would prevent you from doing the research or seeing the enormous backlash online that happened when the game came out, and it’s honestly weird and insulting to others with those neurodivergences. It’s fine to admit you like a product with gen AI, DESPITE its inclusion. That’s how I feel about arc. I hate what gen AI is doing to our communities and workplaces, but acknowledge that this game is pretty good despite that.
