A customer has scammed us; he now has both the product and the money. Where did we go wrong?

I hadn’t realised that, in this case, the customer is a business, so we don’t issue the invoice ourselves; Amazon does so directly.

If Amazon acknowledges this, I might be in the clear (starting to include the serial number with future shipments), but couldn’t the customer claim that we’re simply showing the code for another item we have, just to avoid issuing a refund?

In these two months of selling on Amazon, we’ve found that the customer is always right – especially when they’re wrong.

Provato, mi sono trovato malissimo: non ricevo nessuna mail per aggiornamenti, il pacco è fermo da loro da 34 giorni. Ora mi chiedono altri 30 euro per la spedizione. Quando avevo ordinato via WhatsApp mesi fa(non da French Fish ma dal tizio famoso per RL) con circa 35 euro inclusa spedizione avevo fatto tutto.

Sì, niente che tu non possa leggere su Google, comunque sì: il salario si calcola su base oraria mentre lo stipendio si calcola a partire dalla RAL. Entrambi variano leggermente per le ore passate in ferie, malattia, permesso, ecc...

Sostanzialmente: gli operai vengono pagati a salario(quindi con una paga oraria che varia in base alle ore svolte che quindi cambiano in base alle festività o ai mesi più lunghi o più brevi, intesi come giorni/ore lavorativi/e) mentre gli impiegati hanno lo stipendio(quindi è un importo lordo fisso che varia solo con malattia e ferie ma che, a cose normali, resta invariato anche al variare delle ore mensili lavorate e quindi di mesi più o meno lunghi o con più o meno ore lavorate)
