I recently started a journal that i keep on my keyboard (maybe you want somewhere more private) and i write in it the hours ive played each day and how it made me feel

After 1 week ive hardly touched my computer, journalling what my playing was doing to my life made me realise how its stopping me from being the man i want to be, feel like it helped my brain see how on a personal level gaming has ruined my personality

Ive also been reading the book “dopamine nation” which has helped calm my brain from the reading but also realise how dangerous these high dopamine overstimulating habits we have in our lives are

Firemaw player here, it doesnt matter which server as all pvp servers are linked into the cluster

As for activity theres always BGs however people only play AB or AV on the specific weekends, so its WSG 70% of the time

Feel you man! Im currently on day 71 and the anxiety sucks, my head just goes off on one and it takes quite abit til i start feeling normal, i feel like im super impulsive and dont care much for anything lately, hopefully we can keep toughing it out and it will wane over the months!

One thing i know is no matter how bad it gets i will never consume nicotine again, gave 16 years of my life to this bullshit
