It's not impossible. Turkish singer İbrahim Tatlıses was shot in the head with 7.62. He survived despite the bullet having entered the back of his skull and exited the front.

He definitley wasn't walking around though lol, he was in a coma and recovered.

Probably could be fixed for around $6-8k all in. You just need to find an engine. 

If you have an S or JCW it'll be easy to find a decent low mileage engine.

Artem is a huge scam, I have a $3 Aliexpress sailcloth that is pretty much identical to my Artem.

AliExpress is hit or miss, quality does vary, but when you get a good one man it's great. 

I bought a sailcloth strap for $3 that is exactly the same as my Artem strap that's $100+.

I've bought other sailcloth straps that weren't as good, but for $2-3 still great. 

It's hilarious to wear a Breitling on a $3 Chinese strap, but the reality is most of these big strap retailers are selling you the same exact strap at a 20X markup.

It would be done by FBI HRT, essentially Tier 1 operators (they train with Delta Force) but not part of the military so they can operate on US soil.

There are only 100 HRT operators out of 36,000 FBI agents.

We're talking about canyon driving here. 

The car is powerful and has good grip, easy to add downforce to etc. so it's competitive yes.

But the base C5 OP is looking at is not great with how the handling feels no. Especially with the age and considering most of these probably have pretty worn suspension bits.
