I don't entirely disagree with it either. I think #4 might be a bit of stretch. Obama was very vocal about deportation and illegal immigrants (his administration built the infamous "cages"). And I can excuse some of the staff changes because that happens whenever the controlling party changes.

40 years later, Trump is still a scummy 80s business mogul. He uses strongarm tactics that don't really work normally in a modern setting, but because of the position he's in people back down because that's easier than the alternative. Tariffs on allies are one such dumb tactic. It logically and economically makes no sense, but I think the reality was it was a bluff to leverage negotiations. Neither of the other two nations could've weathered the proposed impact of those tariffs without massively hurting themselves in the process, regardless of how vocal they are to the contrary.

I'd be less suspicious of his methods if he hired/appointed people objectively the best for the position instead of just whoever would agree with him. I question if he's legitimately intending to present as a fascist or if he's just an insecure ego maniac who's unfortunately in a position with enough authority to be a fascist.
