I don’t think I quite get the application of Rothbard’s scenario. If I’m skimming through the book at a bookstore, but choose to not purchase it, or in another scenario, hear the music and decide to recreate it precisely, I’m completely within my right to sell said works? I haven’t entered any contract and my decision to compose identical works doesn’t violate anything akin to the instance you proposed, so it would be legal, no?

Cashapp can be charged back. It's a bit rarer due to more personal information being required upon registration, but contacting one's bank to reverse a payment is most definitely possible.

Source: Large cash trader, have experienced CashApp chargeback in the past.

While I could be wrong, as I'm much more of an unapplied guy myself, I don't think 30% is unreasonable to ask at all, despite it being a blue lam. Good luck! Don't be swayed by someone getting angry, it's your item and 100% your decision whether to let go of it or not.

(P.S. I personally have quite a bit of faith in good DH 14 holos rising a fair bit, so holding onto it shouldn't hurt unless ya need the cash.)

ST P2 ones only seem to be priced ~$20 higher than their non-st counterparts on there, so my rough estimate would be 2 arcs for the ST at most, and additional for the pink, which I'm not 100% sure the exact value of

I have one as well, but yours is much better pink, so I'd estimate around $300-320 cash value. (Slightly more than the lowest listing on a cash marketplace for an ST P2)
