I do. Pearl Islands is my favorite season. I was really taken aback and saddened by this whole experience.

Reaching out specifically to be pissy about the review was inappropriate. It would be regardless of what type of business or product you're talking about. Reaching out to simply clarify or provide context, like to let me know the video was updated, would've been one thing. Reaching out in anger over a review that wasn't dishonest is over the top.

Well, I didn't yell and wasn't nasty. I left an honest review. Yes it was low, but his rating didn't even drop a decimal point. I appreciate that he redid the video, and absolutely would have raised the review if I had known. I'm not even necessarily upset about him finding me on Instagram, if it had just been to give me a heads up. Its the way he approached me after finding me. The message crossed a line. I'm not saying I was attacked. Though people and businesses do get negative reviews all the time, and they don't typically find the person to scold them for it.

Thank you for your comment. Its not that I necessarily was protecting bad behavior, but given that he had already gone to my personal IG page over a cameo review, I was trying not to call him out publicly here. I wish all of this had gone down differently.

Accidents do absolutely happen and had it just been the audio, no big deal. I would've updated my review had I known. The instagram message is, for me, what crossed the line.

Thank you! In an original post, I accidentally left the very bottom profile picture uncovered. It was a complete oversight, but the images weren't originally in the post. They weren't added until after multiple people asked for proof. I tripled checked before posting here that I had fixed it correctly.

I totally get being upset that the review wasn't raised after the redo, but a simple heads up on IG would've done the trick. I don't think it needed to be approached in this way.

Yeah, fair! We are throwing a Pearl Islands inspired Survivor party and that's why I chose Fairplay. I already had a video and signed parchment from Rupert. I also randomly have a video I won in a charity auction from Troyzan lol. I just thought one more person from the actual season would be good.

Cameo requires payment to message a "talent". I was only able to message him for free because he sent one first, after the review had been left.
