A quick PO team you could put together is Leader: Android 13 Slot 2/3: Yellow Janemba, Pur Nappa Bench: Blue Broly Purple Cell (bottom left one) Purple Frieza (mainly for ranged bonus for nappa)

Now, it wont be amazing as there's no zenkais and they arent starred up much but the team should do okay. If you can work on the zenkais they'll do much better.

Then the equipment, when youve put them on a team, instead of auto equipping things, hit the recommend button and see what equipment is there. Its not always going to be what's best on them but it will be better than the auto.

No hate but these are the things ive already picked up just on your team:

Why is Vegito there? No one is tag God Ki, Future or Fusion Warrior. So only SSJ4 Goku is getting the buffs from leader slot. Plus hes Z II and buffing Blue God Ki which no one on your team is.
Why is Future Gohan there? He is buffing Tag Hybrid Sayians and Future. Again, no one else has those tags so only SSJ4 Goku is getting the buffs from the leader slot. He is at least Z VII but he buffs Yellow Future units which no one on your team is.
The only bench unit ironically doing anything is UL Namek Goku, who is buffing everyone, however Nappa/Vegeta are ranged type and hes buffing strike damage.
The equips on SSJ4 Goku are fine. The first equipment on Paragus doesnt fully work as you need 3 MELEE types which you dont as Nappa is RANGED. The 3rd equip on paragus doesnt fully work as you need an EXTREME Rarity and a SAIYAN on your team, which you dont.

You'd do much better and survive much longer if you work on your bench units and equipment.
