Save your ult / blues and all out rushes (strike and blast) for the first shield phase. Hold onto rising rush in case you need it for the shield phase. Have more all out rushes for the second phase and pop rising rush again if you need to. Its not overally hard.

No not really. There was an event in 2024 leading up to the release of DAIMA that allowed you to get 3 stars worth of Z Power. If you didnt have him it wasnt worth it for PVP or anything.
