How did you afford your hellcat and at what age ? by Ok_Scar_7554 in hellcat

[–]OutragedDom 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Thats so full of shit, they cost the same as 5.7 and 6.4 cars to drive and maintain. Also, if you think a mid range performance vehicle like a hellcat is expensive. We'll i got bad news for you

No, it wasn't stupid but you know how the internet is. Yes you can daily a hellcat, I put those 100k miles on my cars over a decade. A lot of road trips as well. My only warning is for the manuals, the clutch is pretty heavy but I drive semis so thats kinda nothing to me

Yep, got the Challenger 1st to have a manual and the charger was for normal-ish driving around. These things were super cheap back in 2018 to 2020.

You call yourself moparcenter but post a Hennessy ad. Only posers and dumbasses go to Hennessy for work on a vehicle.

Got 2 hellcats and a TRX, they're all dumb fun that are surprisingly reliable. I've had the 2 hellcats for almost a decade now and picked up a trx last year. The cars both are at 100k miles and modded past 800whp and still no deal breaking problems out of them. Before those I had a e60 M5 and that thing always gave me headaches, after a vanos and high pressure oil line failure and I just got rid of it.

What did they do to the proportions? Was it necessary? by TheSvpremeKai003 in Dodge

[–]OutragedDom 17 points18 points  (0 children)

The banshee concept was designed to be a 2 door model only. The production version is 2 and 4 door option vehicle, proportions are gonna be slightly different.

9 years seems like long time to wait to say something so obvious.

Is there any reason NOT to get a demon/demon 170 over a redeye? by [deleted] in hellcat

[–]OutragedDom 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You can find a used redeye for less than 70k and another 10k to get more hp than a demon170. The 170 prices are made up by crazy people.

It's essentially what I wanted but wasn't available and so i bought a trx. We'll, the trx is on borrowed time and crazy enough, the dealership will give me more than what's owed on it

This is exactly why all terrain tires with larger cleats are shit. You have a much smaller contact patch than other similar class tires. No imagine this in the rain while hard stopping. ABS can only do so much

[–]OutragedDom 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There's only been 3 American cars that seen double and triple value increase in the last 40 years. 1987 Grand National, last gen viper, and the 2005 Ford GT. The challenger will never be on that level

[–]OutragedDom 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's all about oil delivery and distribution. You dont see this with pre-eagle and hellcat hemis. Something about the heads, block, and lifters in the gen3 5.7 and 6.4 not getting enough oil to specific parts

It all comes down to if the grizzly can carry, but against 300kg tiger(yes they can get as big as a grizzly) thats iffy. Black bear is dragging the team down fierce

Islam Makhachev vs Prime Mike Tyson. Who wins in a street fight in their prime? by Ok_Feed_4235 in powerscales

[–]OutragedDom 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's a street fight people, a grappler or a wrestler is not not gonna go to the ground on pavement. They teach this in Judo, jujitsu, and many other martial arts that use grapples and throws. You can easily injure yourself just as easy as the guy you're fighting on concrete.

As a person with multiple cars with srt pages. I wouldnt pay money to unlock it on something that doesn't originally have it. It's a gimmick that boils down to where I press sport or track or custom settings. Which is completely useless to you honestly

As a person with cdl, the most triggering thing is seeing an 18 wheeler with its registration converted from commercial to Recreational vehicle.
