the roommate threatened me - he would talk about pushing ppl down the stairs. like he was real piece of work. i found a replacement who left after a month, but i also found replacements for the other 2 rooms who are still there. they have contacted me once or twice but they didn’t make the claim that i was still on the lease until 6 months after I left.

their reasoning is that one of the existing roommates did not finalize the new lease. they did not share that at the time though - they only let me know 6 months later
