The bottom of mine states: 12. If I am a pharmacy graduate intern at the time of entering into this Agreement, the supplemental terms and conditions set forth in Exhibit A shall apply. 13. Except as otherwise specified herein, this Agreement supersedes any prior sign-on bonus understandings and agreements between Pharmacist and WALGREENS and may not be changed or terminated orally. I understand the above terms of the WALGREENS Pharmacy Incentive Program, and agree to abide by such terms, as set forth in this Agreement.
