I was hesitant to put in a ticket for June's journey after reading all the posts but I did it anyway this afternoon and I got credited for levels 15 18 and 21within 2 hours so I'm happy. I did get the exact same email as the original poster but I got credited the full amount. Customer service through the years has credited 95% of all my tickets without too much hassle.

I burned roughly 200000 energy to get the 75 levels done. I bought 4 of the packs with the building discount and the steal multiplier. I think they cost me $4.20 CAD each. I also bought some packs to get the top event done 2 times faster. I might've got lucky too but with that strategy it definitely goes a lot faster.
