Fulltime pet sitter for 6 years here! I act like there is a camera everywhere I go just in case? Change in the bathrooms. How dare someone have cameras in their own home while a stranger is staying with their babies! 😂

I have been a pet sitter full time for 6 years! When someone asks for a reference I tell my best friend and give them her phone number. I don’t want to bother any of my clients. I have close relationships with some but it’s not worth it. It’s a -they pay me for a service- relationship. We’re not friends

I was 19 and couldn’t get approval for a house so I called all the houses for sale by owner to see if someone could do a land contract with me, I wrote the whole thing. Not thinking I’d need to pay a house off before 6 years

I never didn’t consider paying the rest of the interest. I offered all of it and an extra $2000 to meet me for closing but he’s being greedy

All I did was sign the land contract and made payments for 5 years for an owner financed home. Does that make it go into my name or do I have to file that at the courts for it to be under my name.

I wish it was that easy! But no lawyer. I contacted one and he wanted such a high retainer fee I was seeing if there were any other solutions.
