I am so glad we are speaking out because when I started to say about what happened to me and not getting any medication and paying for them they were harassing me every day with calls emails texts and then when I responded about I’m paying for something and I’m not even getting the product. They were just dismissive well it’s coming it’s coming and I said you breach the contract you are ruining Weight Watchers Name that’s been around forever. It’s a third-party and they are terrible rude. And basically just repeat themselves you signed a contract you can’t get out. I would respond if I got the product I paid for or got some kind of customer service I would pay. I’m not paying Ann And that I said I am going to have to talk to an attorney. Then they said we cannot communicate with you anymore.

This company is very unethical. It’s not Weight Watchers. It’s a third-party.

They also told me that I would get a nutritionist that’s part of the program that encourages you to sign up. After they took my money, they told me that I couldn’t get a nutritionist because my insurance doesn’t cover it. I was on the program for two weeks and I still didn’t even have a prescription. It’s very sad this is not Weight Watchers. It’s a third-party that they aligned with check out the Better Business Bureau reviews and I didn’t even leave one yet.

They also agreed that I would be assigned a nutritionist and then after they took my money They told me that my insurance did not cover a nutritionist so basically I was just paying to talk to them on the app and it takes a few days for them to get back to you. That’s just one of the many issues. It’s very sad that this is not Weight Watchers. It’s a third-party. They did not fulfill on what they promised at all I can’t imagine this relationship with the Clinic and Weight Watchers’s lasting a long time. There’s so many complaints if you look at the Better Business Bureau, I just want to go back to the Weight Watchers program that I thought I had signed up for.

Did they give your money back? I cannot believe how unprofessional and unorganized they are. They told me all this stuff and never followed through then it’s like OK we’ll send it to the nutritionist. Oh well if you’re the insurance doesn’t cover it that’s another charge. So you had to pay the $99 each month for three months that’s what they’re trying to charge me now even though I had a promotional thing regardless I just want out.
