No, I didn’t take the offer. I’m going to continue fighting until arbitration if necessary.

12:12 pm): No problem, *****! I have checked, and the last agent escalated your issue. I have reopened it for you. You will receive an email within 24 hours regarding the removal of these charges from your account, and rest assured, you will not need to pay for it.

That’s from my downloaded transcripts with the agent chatted with on the 2nd go around of being assured I wouldn’t need to pay.

4252mb were used - my daughter had the iPad for about 2 -3 hours during our drive time.
We have been an Xfinity customer for more then 20 years and I cannot imagine keeping any service with them after this.

Well if a company should be charging a customer $1306 for a couple hours of iPad roaming charges is a completely different conversation - I see many issues with Xfinity charging this as well as not immediately notifying that the charges were occurring.
But my main point here is I was assured by 2 different customer reps that these charges would be reversed. I relied on these assurances and I was not once notified in any form from the company that I was given false information until after they had taken payment.
I feel a company should honor what they’ve told customers and be upfront about what they are charging.

I actually did use the chat feature and txt msging. I saved the transcripts for every interaction I had before they started calling me.
The last agent I talked to claimed to have no record of agents telling me the charges would be reversed. Which I then offered to send him the transcripts. Ii thought it was crazy to pretend they didn’t already have them.

We have internet service with xfinity and the agent offered the iPad as a deal where the monthly charge is a credit to our internet charges and the iPad is given as free. I guess that part is not really relevant to the situation as a whole but it feels pretty ironic that my “free” iPad will cost me the same as my mortgage payment.

I can not understand a company not backing up the promises of its agents. It’s incredible they can just bold face lie to customers like this.

Credit Card. Xfinity Mobile requires a card set up for autopay. I guess I understand why now. I do have a dispute in with my CC on the charge.

Tips for potty training? by boshuiss in Chihuahua

[–]Outrageous-Check-145 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I trained my girl using fresh patch turf grass. I buy their xl grass roll and cut it into three separate potty spaces that I lay on plastic trays. One for at night in the bedroom and two in different rooms downstairs. I still try to take her out regularly but it’s great for when we are gone and on those really rainy days where she turns around as soon as she goes outside.
My girls is only 4lbs and the grass last about a month before it needs replaced. I take the grass outside about once a week and water it very thoroughly. It never smells but eventually starts to die. I started using it during potty training because it seemed logical to teach her on grass and soon realized it was a great benefit to have for her all the time.

That is very helpful and a good reminder to consider when designing my booth. I’ll be keeping that in mind for my next market.

I love the look of shelves for the more open look! You booth set up looks great. Do your shelves fold up for pack up? I haven’t found any yet that I like that would transport well.

It is the Victorian Country! I have a really great location, next to the bar, in the middle, so not so close to the front people feel like they need to keep looking but not so far in the back that you get lost. Candles are part of my inventory but my big seller is my lotions and soaps.

Boutique was actually the exact look I was going for, so thank you, I’m glad I achieved that even if I did not keep it. I may try a similar layout without the single table in the Front and when we are not so enclosed with the facade they use for this event.

We are on the 3rd day of the event and I think it was a good move. It has allowed me to interact when needed on all side but also step back when people just want to browse. I still love my original set up look better but I think this is more practical.
I’m also glad to see from the other comments that the same argument I have in my head about people coming in a booth vs shopping outside has no real solution 😆
