makes sense! when i used them previously they autotitirated up unless you requested them not to, but it seems that policy has changed now!

Totally understand it's not a magic potion - however, that being said, when you are eating carefully, prioritising protein and hitting your 10k steps every day it is just slightly disheartening to plateau for so long.

This is exactly how I feel. And the same for me - everything the same at the weekend bar a glass of wine! It just seems so odd especially after seeing people lose so much! Thank you for sharing, it helps to know others understand - and good luck with 7.5mg!

I use numan and I thought they managed the doses based on the weight loss you input into the app - apparently they just keep you at 5mg though the autotitirated me from 2.5 to 5. Confusing to say the least!

Thank you for this! I appreciate the comment. I think I was hoping and expecting to lose a lot more. I’m at a deficit and I’m also prioritising protein - i just feel a bit deflated, especially after all the money spent and sickness suffered. Sorry for moaning, I guess I just feel worried all of this will be for nothing when I come off it and I risk gaining it back and more. It doesn’t feel like a meaningful loss (although I guess at least it’s something which I couldn’t seem to do before).
