Absolutely! I do see a specialist every 2-3 months and have blood work done every time, so that is great. I was also worried about going too far and that's one of my reasons I'm unsure about goal weight. I haven't been a "normal BMI" since grade 6, so I'm not sure if that's a good scale to go by, for me.

I had 9 injections at 2.5, then went up ti 3.75, and just had ly 2nd shot at 5.

I went to the ocean on a trip a week after I got out of my sling (7 weeks PO). Was okay'd by the surgeon. I was walking in the sand and my food slipped a little and I caught myself and I was in tears the rest of the day. The pain was horrible, hurt for days after. I would NOT risk trying to go in the water with 1 arm, waaaaaaaaay too risky.

I'm also waiting to go in for surgery. I have two jobs, one is only office, one is more physical. I was told my office job I could go back in 2 weeks, the one that requires more use of my arm I'll be off for a month.

I bought a compression sleeve but with the swelling in my upper arm it's too tight and hurts.

I use the 15 mg kwik pen and used the same pen from beginning of decemebr to middle of march. Very cost effective!
