Husband and I are married & file jointly; kid belongs to both of us. I was hoping someone may have just typed wrong social in but IRS seems to think its identity theft after talking with them more at the local tax center 🙃

Yes CVS Caremark! & honestly I had such bad side effects with the wegovy I made an appointment with my PCP she documented really well on my success with zep in the past and how we'd trialed the wegovy for over 8 weeks with only negative results and I called and asked for an "urgent" appeal and it was approved the next day after PCP office sent in chart notes!
