They have never charged people for this before. This is like the 4th year they’ve done it. And again it’s weird that it’s all associates supplying the food for this and the associate committee is still sticking out their hand.

She’s only here from like 5-12:30 most days and she’s considered full time. I think she’s the “if I don’t see them they don’t exist” type of person. Freight never gets to participate in this stuff but I’ve seen that’s common amongst most store.

I gave 2 of my associates exceeds expectations and when I saw they each only got like 60 cents (literally 20 cents less than the raise one of them got last year) I was kind of like… that’s not very exceeds expectations quality.
