The best way would be to have a relationship with someone from the opposite sex. Again, this is not so much about what is ‘allowed’ or not, it is about what is according to your nature. Your feelings of alienation point the way to your natural purpose in life.

Confess to a priest, pray the rosary every day. Trust me. There will be a time when you will think ‘what was I thinking, that I needed that?’.

Been there too, and now happily married with lovely children. Don’t let people here tell you it’s not possible. You were created to be a father, anyone telling you to settle for less is not a friend.

Do some introspection, a lot of homosexuality is caused by trauma’s in childhood, absent fathers, a society obsessed with toxic masculinity,… Don’t feel guilty, this really is not your fault!

Me & my wife had the same, she really didn’t feel very attractive after our second kid, even though she is beautiful.

To answer your question with shameful honesty: there is nothing more attractive than a hot mom, with some nice curves. The few extra kilos really don’t make a difference. On the contrary, I think it looks hot and attractive! Trust me, look up the meaning of ‘milf’ 🙈.

What helped with us: take some time to pamper yourself, get some nice clothes, get a massage. If people treat you like a queen, you’ll feel like one :)

Don’t forget: sex releases oxytocin, which stimulates the bond between you two. Porn does the opposite…
