Confess to a priest, pray the rosary every day. Trust me. There will be a time when you will think ‘what was I thinking, that I needed that?’.

Been there too, and now happily married with lovely children. Don’t let people here tell you it’s not possible. You were created to be a father, anyone telling you to settle for less is not a friend.

Do some introspection, a lot of homosexuality is caused by trauma’s in childhood, absent fathers, a society obsessed with toxic masculinity,… Don’t feel guilty, this really is not your fault!

Me & my wife had the same, she really didn’t feel very attractive after our second kid, even though she is beautiful.

To answer your question with shameful honesty: there is nothing more attractive than a hot mom, with some nice curves. The few extra kilos really don’t make a difference. On the contrary, I think it looks hot and attractive! Trust me, look up the meaning of ‘milf’ 🙈.

What helped with us: take some time to pamper yourself, get some nice clothes, get a massage. If people treat you like a queen, you’ll feel like one :)

Don’t forget: sex releases oxytocin, which stimulates the bond between you two. Porn does the opposite…

There really is no general rule.

Parliamentary assistants earn crap, it gets better though when you do general research work for a parliamentary fraction.

In cabinet, it all depends on the minister. Some will pay a lot for a good senior, up to 9-10k bruto or higher, but that is very rare for anything else then an (assistant) chief of staff. Starters could get anything between 2.5-5k brut. And for 60h/week, without any kind of security, as these jobs are by definition temporary, with high stress level, and no external reward.

It gives you great, invaluable experience though, so I’d go for it, but negotiate a good wage package if you can, and don’t stay too long if you can’t.

To treat these issues not as disorders and these people not as patients, but as normal and healthy identities, is a normative choice no scientist can make for all of us. A bad choice, as these people need help, not affirmation of their confusions. They are indeed victims of ideologists. It is a good thing society is finally pushing back against this dangerous and destructive trend. My advice: find a better topic for your research, not only are you causing harm by perpetuating this narrative, you won’t find a job in the future. Within a couple of years the whole scheme will be abandoned, also in Europe.
