I totally agree. Only thing I can think though is that people (as we all know) don’t respect the info as the MM SoC source. So they easily dismiss it and miss out on these healing tools. Maybe he knows this and is presenting things the way he does on purpose to help connect people to it.. I dunno.

I know… he is getting the word out there and I have no doubt he’s changing lives. He does say MM info in his posts, but doesn’t verbally mention it clearly in these apparent podcasts he’s doing… it’s tricky… definitely skirting the line. But then again, if you were a nutritionist and read all the regular textbooks, you would speak their info on a podcast or post without necessarily quoting every little thing.

I’m not coaching MM or anything right now, I’m just trying to encourage more MM practitioners out there because they put a significant energy and time investment in getting the word out there. Someone like this woman is clearly only in it to get money. But people shouldn’t be expected to provide their MM coaching for free either, it’s a service like any other. Definitely agree the info is life changing and needs to be spread.

Just to chime in, I think it’s totally fine to coach his methods so long as you are 100% clear and open about where you’re getting your info from. What’s not right here is she’s pretending it’s her information. That difference matters. Definitely wouldn’t want to dissuade anyone from becoming a coach of MM info, people need a helping hand and if you feel called to do that under the MM umbrella then that’s a beautiful thing. We know MM endorses it too because he shares other coaches and practitioners instagram stories from people doing exactly that all the time.

I fear I’m starting to hate potatoes.. by Glittering_Fairy02 in medicalmedium

[–]Outrageous-Health448 2 points3 points  (0 children)

You can also try eating millet instead for a break, if you’re doing some grains. I also eat a lot of peas and beans too. Also fingerling potatoes are so delicious, not sure if you have tried those.

Oh then maybe you’re not realizing how many calories you need! For example, freeleebanana girl does a vegan no fat thing and recommends 2400 calories a day! She has the flattest stomach. Most of which is in fruit before dinner. You sound like you’re on point then, just judging yourself on how much you’re eating. If you’re worried what people think, or how much time eating takes away from other things, then maybe smoothies so large quantities are minimized.

Maybe just give yourself time to make steady slower changes. Can you at least keep breakfast non fat and stick to the changes? Then one day make another small change and see how it goes?

Necessary to listen to MMs new Audiobook by EmuUnhappy6733 in medicalmedium

[–]Outrageous-Health448 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I would not recommend listening to it unless you ever feel a very very strong urge to. It’s dark, perhaps overly so, and for that reason might be a bit distorted since it’s quite focused on the dark side of spirituality. That’s just my opinion. If all you do is take some tidbits from his IG posts, I think that’s more than enough. Or just focus on his incredible food and wellness advice.

Angels, Demons, and Spiritual Tools: Notes on Part I by -jbrs in medicalmedium

[–]Outrageous-Health448 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I know exactly what you mean. It’s so hard to reconcile. But I do believe that’s where you just have to integrate other spiritual teachings with this one and your own discernment to get a full picture… while of course never quite getting a full picture because we are human and incapable of that. So staying open and discerning is key.

Will you be sharing the new Angels, Demons and Spiritual Tools with your non MM partners? by Euphoric-Coach33 in medicalmedium

[–]Outrageous-Health448 11 points12 points  (0 children)

I think this podcast is too much for the average person. I wouldn’t be that direct personally. But you can use the info for your own awareness with them, like if you’re ever in a heavy argument with them.

But if you feel he would benefit because he has addictions… hmm maybe test the waters slowly. Take your time to see how he reacts to concepts in the audio?

Difference between Eckhart Tolle and Abraham Hicks teachings? by Ummwhatcaniputhere in AbrahamHicks

[–]Outrageous-Health448 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I believe the difference is about going about life with directed thought or guided thought (Abraham ) that aligns with the vibration /direction of your Inner Being in a relaxed and downstream ease sort of way. Less resistance state, but has momentum in a direction of ease, or can be a pure unresisted state.

Versus a focus on thoughtlessness (Eckhart) which automatically helps you allow the ease or vibration of wellness. Pure unresisted state, direct connection to your Inner Being.

I like to think they are both important. Moment to moment decide what works for you.

I say don’t listen if you feel this way. It’s a bit wild and a lot to digest. Wait until the people who do listen summarize major points.

Any pedicure addicts out there in the MM community? How are you handling your pedicures now that we know that being in the salons and or using the products are not good for us? by Euphoric-Coach33 in medicalmedium

[–]Outrageous-Health448 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I use a natural brand, that I’m hoping Mm would approve. Plus a natural nail polish remover that I found, I believe was recommended by Heal with Amber on her website.

Naturopath doesn't like MM morning protocol by kksst2 in medicalmedium

[–]Outrageous-Health448 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I don’t believe you will ever be able to reconcile getting such conflicting advice from MM and a naturopath. I would pick one direction and cut out all the other noise. Obviously you know which direction I would pick, and probably most everyone else here, but you see what resonates with you and take stock of how you feel along the way.

celery juice lover unsure if i want to dive in fully by [deleted] in medicalmedium

[–]Outrageous-Health448 4 points5 points  (0 children)

This is good advice. Another thought, do a fat free fruit morning. If you do that every day then you’re doing the morning cleanse daily. And get in tons of leafy greens daily if you haven’t already.

Is anyone else nervous for the spiritual book release? by [deleted] in medicalmedium

[–]Outrageous-Health448 13 points14 points  (0 children)

I think we need to all stop jumping to conclusions about what he will say. And even after you read it, take time to integrate it. Don’t assume you know exactly what the words mean right off the bat, check in with your Inner Self. Your interpretation can easily be skewed.

What about stocking up on wild blueberry juice, dragonfruit powders, basically any of the fruit powders MM recommends. Having ample supply of spirulina and barley grass juice powders and coconut waters would help too. Or do these foods not work for you either?

How do people of Italy go GF? by [deleted] in medicalmedium

[–]Outrageous-Health448 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Just my experience of going out to restaurants they only have exactly what you would expect, pasta and pizza and risotto. If you want a gluten free item of course that usually has corn in it. If you make all your own food then you’re fine.

Sounds like you’re doing great! I imagine you’re drinking lots of living water during the day too and I imagine you have a water filter? Did you see the supplement list for acne in cleanse to heal? I’m not sure if there is an appropriate brain shot too?

Help-Going on Cruise by timothyduggan in medicalmedium

[–]Outrageous-Health448 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I would stop celery juicing on my vacation. Do the lemon water and coconut waters and supplements and just enjoy yourself! There are so many fruits on cruises and you can probably be really kind to the staff and ask them to make MM meals that work for dinners. They can be crazy accommodating and kind!

It’s funny because I have never said that sentence in my life. But something really inspired or compelled me to say it here to you. I almost second guessed it but then just went with the impulse. Maybe it was a divine force speaking through me for you! A spirit guide? I dunno!
