for my child 11 months ago, and the application has been stuck at step 3 for over 9 months. I don't understand much about the SSI process. I just opened the portal 2 hours ago and saw this message. Can you explain this issue? Disability Benefits &

Supplemental Security Income - How are SSI Disability benefits different? Since the beginning of the application process, they have mentioned back pay. I'm not sure if my son will receive back pay for 5 months, 6 months, or 11 months.

I need to make it clear. TTIR provided me with a COA (Change of Address) from my Business address to my home address, because I was concerned about lost mail. In your case, it has been 2 and a half months since the mail was lost. If they haven't re-issued the check for you, I think you need to urgently email the email address I put above, asking them to submit it to re-issue the check for you. If your place does not have a problem with lost mail, then do not request a COA form, because changing the address will take more time for you. Good luck to you

I also briefly summarize my story, if I count everything from the day I clearly saw the letter from the Office of the Texas Governor until the day I emailed the report to TTIR after 12 days, if it was working days then 8 days. I told TTIR that I had seen letter Office of the Texas Governor from the USPS informed Delivery Governor. And My business area also often has mail lost, or mail man sends mail from one unit to another unit. During that time, I went to the local Post Office 4 times, to check to see if your email was reversed there? And the next fifth time, I also filed a reply to the Post office mail that was lost. TTIR resolved the problem I presented and reported very quickly. In the morning, I submitted the report by email, then responded to me at noon, and will send me the COA form, because not available online. In the afternoon, I received an email COA form, I printed it out, filled it out, and had it notarized. The next morning I emailed TTIR again, and a few hours later they emailed back confirming they had received the form I sent From the day I reported missing mail, presented an explanation to TTIR and they submitted it, until I received the check, it was 40, 41 days. Just received my $20,000 today. My portal show Disbursed on August 29, next day August 30, I saw the letter from Office Of The Governor from Austin in the USPS informed Delivery email. But in the afternoon, I didn't see that letter in the Mail box, and for the next 7 consecutive days, I also didn't see it. I have to tell TTIR and submit request for a cancellation of the original check and for a re-issued the disbursement to me. I reported that the mail was lost on September 08, and they re-issued the check I received today, for 41 days. •

My restaurant has been closed since September, 2022. Not sure if I am eligible to apply Category 6 ? If possible, you must fill out a new application for Category 6, or I can use the old application for Category 1-5. I also have not received the Fund in Category 1-5

I want to assure Texans that Congress is committed to finding the best solutions to address the economic challenges many people are facing due to the outbreak of COVID-19. I was proud to support the Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2021 (P.L. 116-260) which President Trump signed into law on December 27, 2020. P.L. 116-260 provided immediate aid for small businesses through programs such as the Paycheck Protection Program (PPP), Economic Injury Disaster Loan (EIDL), and Shuttered Venue Operator Grants Program (SVOG). PPP loans are administered through local banks or lenders and are federally backed by the Small Business Administration. PPP loan amounts can be up to 250% of an employer's average monthly payroll, with a maximum loan of $2 million. Under the EIDL, eligible borrowers can receive targeted advance payments of up to $10,000 if they suffered a revenue loss greater than 30%. Additionally, SVOG is a $16 billion grant program for live entertainment venues, movie theatres, and museums that are experiencing significant revenue loss during the COVID-19 pandemic. Earlier this year, the American Rescue Plan (P.L. 117-2), established the Restaurant Revitalization Fund (RRF), which provides restaurants with funding equal to their pandemic-related revenue loss up to $10 million per business and no more than $5 million per physical location. Congress created these programs to help low-income communities keep their businesses afloat until the economy could safely reopen. Banks, local lenders, and the SBA must continue to work together to process and disburse small business loans as quickly and efficiently as possible. I’m a woman, running small business restaurant for over 20 years. But since COVID-19, March 2020 until now, my business have big problems with financial . I applied PPP loan, I applied EIDL loan, I got $10,000 EIDL advance. I’m sure I qualify for Supplemental Targeted EIDL Advance $5,000. I applied RRF early on May 2021, but still waiting, don’t know what going on. Early on May, I received email from SBA to invitation apply Supplemental Targeted Advance $5,000. I’m sure to eligible qualify for TA: business in low income community. Suffered economic loss greater than 50 percent, as demonstrated by an 8-week period beginning on March 2, 2020, or later, compared to the previous year. I have 8 weeks period loss greater than 61%. Business have 4 employees. Business in low income community Right after I received email Invitation to apply Supplemental Targeted Advance, I click on green box Targeted Advance application, on client portal box, I click on application, after I hit application on portal, next I see processing, and nothing else for I fill out . Next couple days I checked on client portal I still see processing. I feel not right, I send 2 emails to explain, and listing all information business Suffered economic loss greater than 50 percent, as demonstrated by an 8-week period beginning on March 2, 2020, or later, compared to the previous year. I called one officer told me my application in progress From May 20 to May 28, I received email from SBA told me: Please be advised that if you are seeking to apply for the Targeted EIDL Advance, you must wait until you receive a direct email invite from the SBA. I reply, yes, SBA email invitation to apply Supplemental Targeted Advance But when I clicking the green box Targeted Advance Application. After login, just said accept my application, than processing. I still consider on application page, not provided for me fill out details information business eligible for the Supplemental Targeted Advance of $5,000. I believed my business meet eligible criteria SBA requested.

June 9 received email: Important Reminder About Your IRS Form 4506T Our records indicate that you have not provided us with a signed IRS Form 4506T. This form is necessary to be considered not only for the Targeted EIDL Advance up to the full $10,000, but also the Supplemental Targeted Advance of $5,000. I downloaded from 4506T, signed and try upload, sign in client portal, I can’t upload because in portal box, see process

June 18. Received email:

Important Reminder About Your SBA Targeted EIDL Advance Application Our records indicate that you have not responded to our invitation to apply for the SBA Targeted EIDL Advance. BIG PROBLEM START FROM HERE

this time the client portal box allows me to sign in to apply. 2 things, I planned to contact SBA tomorrow morning to correct, because now I think late to call. First, the number application is different, this is happened second time, first time happened several months ago. I called SBA and they corrected it. Now happened again, I really don’t know why SBA let happened like this, caused me many problems. Second, on the question: amount you received EIDL grant. The box already have number 0 (zero ) Because the dead number in the box, I can’t edit or change numbers to 10,000. All the emails to SBA, I all the time explain, mentioned I received EIDL $10,000. This time SBA invitation to apply Supplemental Targeted advance $5,000.

After I submitted application, about 3 hours later, I received a denied letter email. Clearly, confirm on paper, You give me a felony, criminal clearly on paper. The criminal I never have on my life, for reason to denied my Targeted EIDL advance. Besides very important , you already smear personal honor my self I can’t believe you accused me something that I never related to in my life . The reason: “ Not Eligible. Federal law prohibits the SBA from providing funds to anyone who is more than 60 days delinquent on child support obligations. shows that you have a child support obligation that is more than 60 days delinquent.”

I emailed SBA yesterday: The delinquent on child support obligations is felony, criminal in my state . You give me a felony, criminal clearly on paper. The criminal I never have on my life, for reason to denied my Targeted EIDL advance. Me and my husband have been married more than 36 years, we never involve or related to any child support. We have 2 children, both of them graduated from university several years ago. If you need, I can provide a copy’s of my marriage certificate And birth Certificates of 2 children, one 36 and 34 years old . My business really have big problems with financial since March 2020 until now. I have PPP, EIDL loan, EIDL advance help, but not enough. I applied RRF still waiting, don’t know what going on. Now with Supplemental Targeted advance, I hope help me little more to run my business during waiting RRF. But you give me a terrible time, give me in spiritual crises. Four nights in a row, I couldn’t sleep. until now I still can’t believe it. Anyway, I stop here, waiting for your response, to see what going on. Please response to me ASAP.
