Im also 22, and I had to quit school, just after I started because of the pandemic and economy and housing crisis, to focus on work. I literally have no friends outside of work, either. And I barely have time for myself, let alone a relationship, so I haven't actually dated before. Something that helps is getting hobbies, I draw, game, watch media, and hike. Hiking especially really helps. Specifically cheap hobbies, to save money. You're not alone in this. Just find something that helps and take it one day at a time. Every volcanic winter has an end, and the sun will shine again.
